Cryptologic has been a major casino software provider since 1996. I love Cryptologic casinos and have found them to be incredibly fair and honest in any dealings I've had with them.
They offer incredible 360 degree environment where you can select your seat and join other players in any of the gaming rooms. You can choose to meet your friends online at a certain casino table and sit and chat while you play together. Like, most casino's, they offer a 'for fun' and a 'real money' mode allowing you to get comfortable with the software before laying out the money. I highly recommend giving them a try in fun mode to see what you think and then taking it from there.
